Refund & cancellation policy

ClickShadchan offers a free tier and a paid subscription. This page explains how the paid subscription is billed, how to cancel, and when we provide refunds.

A simple monthly subscription

The paid tier is a month-to-month subscription. It is billed automatically at the start of each billing period to the payment method on file. There is no long-term contract and no cancellation fee — you are only ever billed one month at a time.

Cancel anytime

You can cancel whenever you like, right from the Billing page in your account. When you cancel, you won't be charged again, and you keep full access to the paid features through the end of the period you've already paid for. Nothing else is required — no phone call, no email.

Refunds

Because you keep full access for the period you've paid for and can cancel at any time, subscription payments for the current period are generally non-refundable. That said, we want billing to be fair:

• If you were charged in error, charged twice, or charged after you cancelled, we will refund it.
• If something went wrong on our end, contact us and we'll make it right.

To ask about a charge or request a refund, email info@clickshadchan.org or call (718) 750-2542 within 30 days of the charge, and include the email on your account. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method.

Donations

Donations made to support ClickShadchan are voluntary gifts and are non-refundable. If a donation was made in error, contact us and we'll do our best to help.
